Lance founded Temprite Climate Solutions in 2013. He’s a registered Daikin Comfort Professional, a Certified Red Seal Refrigeration Technician, a Class B Registered Gas Fitter, and an Electrical Field Safety Representative. Lance is also certified in ventilation through the Thermal Environmental Comfort Association (TECA), as well as being certified in Refrigerant CFC Handling.

Adam has extensive knowledge of Heating, Cooling, Fireplaces, Tankless Systems and Boilers – AND he can assist with Rebates and Financing. Adam says the best thing about his job is simply being able to work with such a great team.

Nicole is an Uber-Awesome Sheet Metal Technician. Nicole thinks the best thing about her job is the long weekends (every week!). And, her perfect weekend would be sitting by the fire with friends listening to country music. The craziest thing Nicole has ever done is packing her life into 4 suitcases and moving from the Right Coast of Canada to the Left Coast.

Shawn is a fearless Certified Sheet Metal journeyman who says he’s proud to be part of such a solid team. He started his career cleaning up in his dad’s sheet metal shop, but says he always had the desire to be a firefighter.

Reid is an HVAC Technician Extraordinaire – Refrigeration Journeyperson and Certified Class B Gas Fitter. He’s certified in CFC Refrigerant Handling AND he’s an apprentice Electrician! Reid thinks the best thing about his job are the 4 day work weeks and his good co-workers.

An integral part of our Installation Team assisting with the installation of Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Ventilation and HRV’s. In his off time, Will can be found kayaking, hiking, camping and being outdoors with friends.
